Delete Account
How to permanently delete your Stuloop account and data.
We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your Stuloop account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the mobile app.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the Stuloop app on your device.
- Tap on your profile icon to open Settings.
- Navigate to the Account section.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your action. You may be asked to re-enter your password for security purposes.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile, including your username and display name, will be permanently removed.
- Your uploaded content (videos, images, notes) will be deleted.
- Your messages and chat history will be removed from our active servers.
- You will be removed from all study groups.
Note: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.
