Respect for Intellectual Property
Stuloop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
User Responsibility
As stated in our Terms of Service, users are solely responsible for every video, image, audio, document, text, or other content they upload to Stuloop.
By uploading content, you confirm that you own the content or have all required rights and permissions to distribute it. You are legally responsible for any copyright claims or disputes arising from your uploads.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Stuloop, please notify us by submitting a formal DMCA report.
You can submit a report using our DMCA / Copyright Report Form, or alternatively, you can email our Designated Copyright Agent directly at support@stuloop.com.
Content Removal Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Stuloop will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content about the removal.
- Provide the user with information on how to file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Stuloop has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Stuloop may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
